2. Services

We provide professional installation of permanent outdoor lighting systems, including permanent Christmas lights, Halloween lights, Canada Day lights, and year-round seasonal lighting themes. All installations are performed by our trained technicians and are backed by our 10-year transferable warranty, subject to the terms described at the time of installation.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided through our website or by our team are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. Pricing is subject to change without notice until a written agreement is signed. Final pricing will be confirmed in your installation agreement.

4. Scheduling & Installation

Installation dates are subject to availability and weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to complete installations within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by weather, supply, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of these terms.

5. Warranty

Our permanent outdoor lighting systems include a 10-year transferable warranty covering the lights, tracks, and labour. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications by third parties, accidents, or events outside our control. Full warranty details are provided with your installation agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, will be

outlined in your installation agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or installation is scheduled. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Niagara Permanent Outdoor Lighting or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to disrupt or interfere with its operation. You must not submit false, misleading, or harmful information through our quote forms or other communication channels.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niagara Permanent Outdoor Lighting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
